We are a pole couple, passionate about sharing our love for pole dance with the world. With experience teaching in over 40 countries, we believe in the power of movement, strength, and creativity. Our journey together has been about exploring new techniques and supporting each otherâs growth, and now we want to help you grow too. Our digital lessons are designed to guide you at your own pace, whether youâre just starting or refining your skills.
Our Story

Dmitryâs roots are in sports gymnastics, while AlĂ«na started out with hip-hop before falling in love with pole dance. Dmitryâs been in the game for 15 years, and AlĂ«na for 10.Â
Weâre both self-taught, shaping our own skills and style without trainers, pushing ourselves to constantly grow and evolve. Our journeyâs been all about discoveryâfinding our unique flow and building something thatâs truly ours.

In 2023, Alëna also shook up the fitness world by joining the IFBB and making an unforgettable entrance into competitive bodybuilding.
In just one year, she dominated the biggest global competitions in the fitness bikini category, claiming top titles. Not only did she win, but she also revolutionized posing, bringing fluidity, grace, and a playful edge inspired by exotic pole dance.
